You have entered a rather smelly little shop which has row after row of
hanging beef flanks, heavily salted.  A row of pork sausages hang from the
southern wall, in front of which stands a blood-splattered countertop.  You
hear a faint 'moo' coming from behind a door in the back of the shop.  The
street exit is to the north.  There is a sign on the wall.
