Standing before you is the Tower of Art. Built long ago, this tower was
once populated by Rune citizens. Since then, the tower has be overrun by
the most vile and evil creatures that used to lurk in the underworld of
Sepharia. The tower was located near the great city of Rune. Now that the
tower has been possessed by the evil creatures, the Tower has been moved to
this far and desolate area of Sepharia. An aura of evil radiates from here
beckoning you to enter.
