You wander into the room and see a man standing behind an oak table
juggling a pair of dice. He looks up to you and silently invites you to try
your luck at his game. You notice a sign on the wall labeled 'instructions'
and you think it may be wise to look sign before you start playing this
strange game. The attendant looks shifty and the translucent die he's
juggling gives off a faint aura of magic.

The shift-eyed attendant of the lucky dice tables looks well dressed and
well mannered, but his eyes dart back-and-forth as if trying to hide
something. Unable to meet your gaze, he motions you to try your luck at his
game while skillfully juggling a pair of glowing dice.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
