eerie feeling. The north leads to a large, open courtyard. To the south is
the open portcullis into the city.

more commonplace this close to the center of New Kolvir's activity.

feel their respected and powerful city deserves.

Before you lies the complex road system of New Kolvir, and as you peer
intently, you cannot quite seem to distinguish which is the starting point
and which is the end. Guard posts are erected to both sides of the gates
and you notice some of the guards handing out passes to merchants. You
wonder what those passes are. It is said that within the dark corners of
the roads and buildings, marauding creatures lurk and await a chance to kill
the unsuspecting adventurer. This guard post is perhaps the safest place in
the whole of New Kolvir. Somewhere, amidst the intersecting buildings you
see the castle where the ruler of New Kolvir resides.

sculpted into the twisting shape of a serpent coiled around a branch. The
sharp, pointed spires of the gates entwine each other, rising gradually
towards the sky. Solemn flags bearing the resplendent emblem of the ruler
of Kolvir peak each minaret. Traffic is heavy as merchants and townsfolk
enter and leave the city. To your west, a beaten path splits away from the
normal course.

Before you lies the complex road system of New Kolvir, and as you peer
intently, you cannot quite seem to distinguish which is the starting point
and which is the end. Guard posts are erected to both sides of the gates
and you notice some of the guards handing out passes to merchants. You
wonder what those passes are. It is said that within the dark corners of
the roads and buildings, marauding creatures lurk and await a chance to kill
the unsuspecting adventurer. This guard post is perhaps the safest place in
the whole of New Kolvir. Somewhere, amidst the intersecting buildings you
see the castle where the ruler of New Kolvir resides.

feel their respected and powerful city deserves.

against metal quite frequently. The presence of patrolmen and pages is much
more commonplace this close to the center of New Kolvir's activity.
