Missing NPC: A thug walks down the streets bothering the citizens of this town. This little hobbit looks like he is angry at the world. He is dressed in rather scruffy clothing, and walks down the street yelling at anyone who so much glances in his direction. As he approaches you, the thug’s nostrils begin to flare in anger. Even though he’s much smaller than you, he’s obviously ready to start some trouble. He is a hobbit approximately 3’7" tall. Location: New Rigel Mark of Serenity: This mark has a minimum level requirement of 45. It was changed several months ago. (not much risk in sitting in npk without being killable). It also has a (low) stat requirement - unsure of which stat as of yet. |

Last time I got it, I got it within five ticks and had every stat maxed save luck and courage. |

I heard it’s the northeast room only, and you need an even personality. Or maybe it’s an odd personality. I’m not sure which. Last edited on March 9, 2008 09:18pm. |

Got it twice, both in the northeast room, within a few ticks, with odd personality both times. *Edit* Within the last 2 weeks. Last edited on March 14, 2008 11:04am. |
