You can probably use them to get equipment that was NEVER (hint hint) around in the first place. This is what happens when an archon wins the lottery. |

Yes, I figured out what to do with them, thanks. But I got the stubs originally on my first class Verity alt, so it has nothing to do with the level of the person winning the lottery. |
