SYNOPSIS cast ‘tinnitus’ [<victim>] DESCRIPTION Tinnitus is a naturally-occurring effect within the ear, causing it to ring at a certain frequency, and is often found to be unpleasant and distracting. Rangers can take advantage of this phenomena, magically causing it within a victim’s eardrum and making them more vulnerable to sonic-type damage. REQUIREMENTS * You must be a Ranger in order to make use of this spell. * Casting this spell requires the use of 2 air reagents. * In order to practice this invocation you must have achieved at least 50% Spell Complexity Comprehension. I got it at 35% trained to start (at level 180). |
