Although this tablet is covered with a thick layer of dust, you can tell

For the first time on their journey, the party was at a loss as to how
they should proceed with their quest.  The Tree Spirit that they had
encountered in a magical glade requested that they find and return some of
the magical truffles that (it claimed) could be found growing throughout the
area.  However, even after they had gone through every chamber on the level,
they could not find a single one.
Exhausted, the band paused to rest next to a very strange little bush.
Much to their surprise, the plant suddenly pulled up its roots, shambling
off to another area.  In the process, it exposed a small brown fungus that
had been growing in the loose soil.
The warriors smiled at each other happily, but before they could collect
the truffle a large boar came charging into the room.  With a satisfied
grunt, it quickly devoured the plant and trotted away happily.
While they were a bit disheartened by the encounter, it was a simple task
to find more of the truffles.  After carefully searching a few rooms, they
discovered many more of the fungi, and as a result they were able to
continue on through the domain.
