The Fey Times recently managed to obtain an exclusive interview with some
of the top officers of the Fey army, and spoke with them about the upcoming
campaign planned against the physical plane. The mood seems optimistic, as
soldiers prepare to battle against the weaker races found there.
"I'm happy with the progress that is being made," said Captain Pesek. "We
have a lot of new recruits, but they've got natural talent and dedication."
The army has been on a massive enlistment drive in recent months, looking
to expand their numbers for an upcoming offensive. "It's not so hard to
sign the young Fey up, they're hungry for blood," Pesek explained.
General Hesieno, the officer in charge of tactics and logistics, believes
that the campaign will succeed where past efforts have failed. "We learned
a lot from being on the physical plane. We now know not to operate during
the daytime, and to avoid aquatic encounters. Our strategy will take these
factors into account. Given the combat abilities of our troops compared to
the other races, we are virtually guaranteed victory."
When questioned about the risk of Sidhe interference, most soldiers did not
foresee any trouble. "I think they know better than to mess with us," one
castle guard quipped. The invasion force grows stronger every day, and
leaders say that the attack will take place "when they're least expecting
it." The time for the Fey to feed on the blood of their enemies is close at
hand!
