this in how wicked it appears. Along every surface of the spearhead there
are hundreds of runes that have been burned into the metal by means that
defy all logic, and they seem to emanate an eerie green glow. The haft of
the spear is spiralled by strange carvings which also seem to have been
burned into the metal by unknown means, but a powerful blue glow surrounds
the haft from the years of blessings it has recieved from the paladin Lord
Civmar.

fatigue and energy drain on the wielder's opponent, provided they are not
already fatigued or immune to necromancy, at a rate of 6% per round.
