NPC: A dusty camel herder
Long Desc: A camel herder is directing his flock here.

This man is clothed in the same clothes as other desert wanderers.  He
has a white sash over his face to protect him from the wind and sand.  Years
of wandering around the desert show on his weathered face.  He has several
large pockmarks on his face along with long scratches.  He has a cold stare
from the years of limited contact with other people.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
