NPC: An aging postmaster
Long Desc: A postmaster sits here behind a desk, sorting various people's mail.

As he hears the bell on the door tinkle as you enter, the postmaster
looks up and greets you with a kindly smile.  His wispy grey hair seems an
indication of how long he has been at this business, and from his cheerful
disposition, he enjoys his work.  He looks very much in his element wearing
an ink-stained parchment colored apron.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
