NPC: A weaponsmaster
Long Desc: A weaponsmaster is standing behind his merchandise.

This intimidating fey glares at you as you enter the armory.  He can
clearly tell that you aren't a member of the army, and won't be willing to
give you any weapons because of it.  You sigh, wishing that there was some
way you could purchase some of the fine weapons you see hanging from the
walls in the room.
He is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
