NPC: A happy chef
Long Desc: A chef is preparing a nice meal for the baron.

He is the personal chef of Baron Rothchild and makes nothing but
cheesecake, clams and steaks for these are the Baron's favorites.  He looks
quite happy with his job as his annual salary is worth more than many
people's net worth in town.  He wears the standard white uniform with the
big puffy hat.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
