NPC: A psychotic duck
Long Desc: A psychotic duck is here, quacking for no real reason.

As soon as the psychotic duck sees you it charges towards you quacking
violently.  Although this duck is harmless, it has no moral standards and
would kill you without a moment's thought.  It is strange that this duck is
acting this way, usually ducks are calm and peaceful.  Perhaps you have done
something to anger it?
It is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
