NPC: A pirate
Long Desc: A conniving pirate is here looking for trouble.

The pirate has a wooden leg and a patch over his eye.  Clothed in a white
shirt, leather pants, a black vest and leather shoes, he has a forbidding
look on his face that spells trouble.  Unshaven and sporting a long curly
beard because he has been at sea for many months, he is probably not the
best person to ask for directions.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
