NPC: Talekh
Long Desc: A one-eyed pirate stands here, chortling at you.

Pleasantly ornery, Talekh has been a member of the crew since before
puberty.  Once just a rat, scurrying around, fetching cannonballs,
equipment, food, and body parts of real pirates, he has risen in the ranks
and is now the most popular of pirates.  He has a low, mean-sounding giggle,
but he gives it freely, a relatively happy spirit for someone who spends his
time marauding.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
