NPC: The pirate's hostage
Long Desc: A young girl is here, the hostage of the pirates.

This young girl looks like she's been through quite a lot.  Her once
beautiful dress has been torn in several places so that it just barely hangs
from the poor child's body.  Her face is streaked with tears that the
pirates have brutally ignored.  The only reason that the pirates did not
kill her is the the prospect that her family will pay handsomely to get her
back.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
