Long Desc: Vegas is here selling magical items.

Vegas is a flashy looking guy.  He does not look like your typical
magical type person.  His hair neatly trimmed and styled, he looks like a
real ladies man.  He is very tall and dark with very curly hair.  He is very
thin and looks as though a strong wind might blow him away.  He is a good
magician.  He spends a great deal of his time preparing items for sale.  He
is quite profitable and it is quiet evident by the amount of gold jewelry he
wears.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
