NPC: A jelly fish
Long Desc: A transparent sea creature floats by you.

The jelly fish floats towards you, extending its sticky legs in the hopes
of snarling you in its grip and injecting its paralyzing venom into your
system.  Light passes through its see-through membrane as its body contracts
and expands periodically while it traverses through the water.  Jelly fish
are blood-thirsty by nature so it may decide to attack you any moment.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
