Long Desc: Baron Rothchild's treasurer is here.

Baron Rothchild's treasurer is a kindly looking woman.  She is soft featured
and has a kind tone to her voice.  You find it hard to believe that she is
responsible for safeguarding the taxes, duties, tariffs, and tributes
collected for the Baron.  Considering that she has to deal with all manner
of thugs and pirates, she must be tougher than she looks.   The treasurer
is a professional with the Bankers Guild, and will act as an intermediary

She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
