NPC: A janitor
Long Desc: A janitor is cleaning up here.

You see an old, pathetic man walking around the town, sweeping the
streets to keep the place clean.  Beaten down by the harsh weather and long
hours of working under the sun, he looks ragged and tired.  The hot climate
of Pirate's Cove has made his skin wrinkled up like a piece of dried orange
skin.  Sometimes you can hear him grumble as he goes on his work quietly.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
