NPC: A skinny cat
Long Desc: A skinny cat rubs up against your leg.

This cat looks to be starving and craving for food as it meows loudly at
you.  Bones are starting to show through its tawny, furless skin while its
skinny tail waggles at you earnestly, hoping that you will give it a piece
of bread or a small chunk of preserved meat.  It looks like there isn't much
food in town for strays to rummage through.
It is a domestic cat approximately 1'5" tall.
