Long Desc: A sailor is here looking for a good time.

This sailor has just come off from a long voyage and he is now looking
for a good time in port.  He is unshaven and wears dirty sailor's garb.  His
hair is very long and is tangled from the wind.  His voice is hoarse from a
lack of clean water and he looks like he can use a good meal, although he
doesn't seem to mind some entertainment at the same time.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
