NPC: A scottish terrier
Long Desc: A scottish terrier is running around here.

Its a small animal that has a cute tuft of hair on its head and a red tie
around the neck.  The body is covered with silky, long black hair that have
a bouncy curl to them.  Short, strong legs carry the tiny form around as it
scampers to look for its owner.  Maybe you should offer your assistance as
it looks at you with pitiful, beseeching eyes.
It is a domestic dog approximately 3'7" tall.
