Long Desc: Efferd is here selling items.

Efferd is a tall man with a long black beard.  He lives alone in town and
is very quiet.  He spends most of his time walking back and forth between
his home in town and the magic shop that he runs.  He loves to spend time
reading ancient scrolls that tell of the founders of Lowangen and how they
overcame great odds to survive.  He hopes to one day create the ultimate
potion to rule the world, yet in all honesty, he could barely hurt a fly.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
