Dressed in a flashy robe of silver and green is Holton, the lengendary
ringmaker who is purported to craft some of the most powerful rings.  It is
said that throughout his travels, he has found gemstones and minerals that
come from oceans or are exposed to the nurturing powers of water make the
finest rings.  Thus, his decision to stay in Pirate's Cove.  He beckons you
over so that he can share his knowledge on rings with you.  This is a golden
opportunity for you to ask him about his craft.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
