Volkmar is a wise old man.  He has bright white hair that hangs down to
his shoulders and has a large scruffy beard plus a long mustache to match.
Sky-blue eyes glance at you with kindness as he notices your entrance while
he deftly polishes a ring in his hand.  He is well-known in the town as an
exquisite ring maker.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
