NPC: A musician
Long Desc: A musician is here playing songs on his instrument.

This man is hired to entertain tourists with his music in the town square
of Pirate's Cove.  Wearing colorful clothes of yellow and blue with a
matching small hat, he appears to have excellent music sense.  He taps his
feet to every beat and has a generous smile on his face.  He is a kind
looking man, much like someone you may want to be friends with.  He slides a
cup in front of him for people to donate money for his music.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
