NPC: Graybeard's spirit
Long Desc: Graybeard's spirit is floating here.

In front of you is the spirit of Graybeard, the long dead mayor of
Pirate's Cove.  Killed in a terrible fight in a local bar, he was never able
to carry out plans to make the city a great place to live.  Unable to rest
in peace because of this, he had subjected himself to haunting the living.
You see the outline of some shackles on his form which seems to be the
underlying magic that holds his soul on this plane.  The only way to
retrieve them and free his spirit is to kill the ghost.
It is a ghost approximately 5'7" tall.
