NPC: Mordreck
Long Desc: Mordreck is here offering some fine armor.

A rather tall half elf smiles at you, his blue eyes appearing to twinkle
with delight.  Fine arcs of golden eyebrows adorn a smooth elvish face with
distinct handsome features.  He is wearing a small green hat and a vest with
a picture of a shield sewn onto it The shield must the emblem of some guild
that he belongs to.  Elvish made armors are purported to have magical
properties but you wonder if any of those on sale here do.
He is a elf approximately 4'8" tall.
