NPC: The town sheriff
Long Desc: The town sheriff is here doing his daily duties.

The town sheriff is a strong man with short black hair.  He is carrying
around a large club and is always on the look out for the citizens of
Pirate's Cove.  On his chest is a shiny medallion that represents his
office.  He wears it with pride for on it is pictured a heroic battle
between a human warrior and some kind of stone monster, it is a battle that
the sheriff hopes to win some day.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
