NPC: A mast bat
Long Desc: A mast bat is flying around here.

This small black bat comes out at night looking for small rodents and
insects to feed on.  Bats have great ability to sense things in the dark.
They use a unique sonar like mode of detection called echolocation.  Bats
send out signals at a very high frequency and their sharp ears sense the
signal bouncing off objects.  This particular bat likes to roost under the
crow's nest of tall ships.  
It is a bat approximately 1'6" tall.
