NPC: A carp
Long Desc: A carp is swimming around here.

Its silver body glistens under the light like a thin foil of alumnium
floating on the water.  Spots of bright orange decorate its sleek but
sizable body.  Carps have large amounts of bones and it is said their flesh
taste a little bitter unless cooked with generous slices of ginger.  It
seems terrified by your presence and darts swiftly out of sight.
It is a fish approximately 1'5" tall.
