NPC: A traveling merchant
Long Desc: A merchant dressed in bright-colored robes tries to interest you in his wares.

The merchant before you is a skinny little man with a closely trimmed
goatee and a pair of brown eyes that seem to dart erratically all over the
place.  His robes, a riot of bright greens, yellows, and reds, make it
almost painful to look at him in the bright sunlight, and his fingers gleam
with the light reflected off of his many rings.  As he launches into his
sales pitch, he has your attention for a few seconds, but loses it just as
quickly when he tries to interest you in an 'authentic' moon rock from
Trigael.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
