Long Desc: An Elven noble wanders the courtyard, waiting for an audience.

Walking around in the courtyard, an Elf quietly waits for an audience
with the ruler of New Kolvir.  Dressed in finely made clothing, the status
of this Elf is evident.  Looking at you disinterestedly for a second, the
noble Elf turns his attention back to his thoughts.  Disdain for the noble
starts to overwhelm you, when curiousity hits.  You wonder what business
Elves would want to have in New Kolvir.
