NPC: A black crow
Long Desc: A black crow hops around, looking for something to scavenge.

This large black crow cocks it head to see things people drop.  It
ignores the people and takes in its beak the garbage.  Naturally a
scavenger, humanity only assists this bird in its collection of edibles.
The bird hops around with some edible debris in its bright orange beak
before embarking on a short flight of a few meters.
He is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
