A frost giant is created from the very area that it lives.  It is a
magical creation pieced together with snow, ice, and wind making it a very
dangerous being.  This beast looms about fifteen feet above the ground and
must weigh nearly five thousand pounds.
It is a giant approximately 24'1" tall.
