NPC: An albino piranha
Long Desc: An albino piranha swims about, looking for something to eat.

Tiny deathly white scales cover the piranha's body, flashing brillantly
as it swims quickly thru the dark waters.  The mouth opens and closes
rapidly, row upon row of razor sharp teeth gnashing the empty air about it.
It would be best to move on quickly unless you wish to become the main
course for the hungry piranha.
He is a fish approximately 1'7" tall.
