NPC: The kell statue
Long Desc: A massive crystal statue of a Kell blocks your passage.

This huge statue is an amazing work of art.  It looks so real that at
first you believed it to be a living being.  An aura of magic surrounds it,
and the crystal itself seems to glow with its own light.  Strangely, a small
stream of clear liquid streams to the floor from its eyes.  It appears that
this statue is crying!  On its forehead is an inscription of some kind, in a
language you do not recognize.
It is a unique approximately 4'9" tall.
