NPC: A lounging lizard
Long Desc: A rather sleazy looking lizard lounges here.

A lizard with in a rather awful shade of pink lounges here humming to
itself offkey.  Occasionally it gets up and struts about demonstrating its
verility in a most obnoxious way.  The creature appears to wink at any
female who approaches while simultaeously making a clicking noise out the
side of its mouth.  In an obvious attempt to be noticed the creature hops
upon the nearest rock, licks its brow, smiles and begins to shreek out a
deafening tune.
He is a lizard approximately 3'5" tall.
