NPC: A great owl
Long Desc: A majestic looking owl looms overhead ominously.

A tiny, short-tailed, nocturnal owl that is native to this forest rests
in the lower branches of a tree.  It has a small round head but surprisingly
no ear tuffs.  The plumage of the bird is brownish-gray all over it's body.
It has a washed belly that is white and it's face is cinnamon in color.
Small buffy spots dot the forehead and wings of this proud bird.  It's wings
are relatively long for it's size and its short tail is barred with
horizontal pale stripes.  As it's head turns, it's yellow eyes are clearly
visible.
He is a bird approximately 1'6" tall.
