NPC: A least tern
Long Desc: A small, white, black-headed bird drifts above you, riding the air currents.

This agile little bird flits about, going somewhere, although its exact
destination is not immediately obvious.  It looks like a sparrow, but is
slightly larger, with a body full of white feathers which terminate at the
neck.  Its head is masked in small, black feathers, with a long yellow beak
protruding around its large eyes.  Black markings streak around its tail,
and the tips of its wingfeathers, giving this tiny bird a very distinct
look.
She is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
