Long Desc: A white-robed dracon paces about uneasily.
Clad all in white, this dracon doesn't look like other dracons. For one,
most dracons despise white, as it clashes with their scales. Secondly, they
look a bit androgynous. No breasts are visible, but it is a loose-fitting
robe. In any case, they don't look local; Dracons are not a frequent sight
in the Palace, so a visitor from elsewhere is more likely.
It is a dracon approximately 5'1" tall.
