NPC: A chef's assistant
Long Desc: An assistant to the chef races around washing dishes and preparing meals.

The assistant to the head chef, who would normally be dressed in a fine
black and white outfit, serving the guests and royalty of the castle has
been reduced to galley and other kitchen duties since the last of the kitchen
help left.  He is certainly in a bad mood because of this, and shouts at you
to either help out or get out of the kitchen.
She is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
