Long Desc: A skitterish monkey hobbles around on a crippled foot, peering about suspiciously.

This tiny monkey is dressed in a royal blue cloak and matching fez, each
imprinted with silver-leaf stars.  He tumbles about acrobatically, kicking
and waving around a little wand, his robes fluttering about behind him.
While he looks very staid for a monkey, he is a monkey, and monkeys are
prone to trouble.
He is a monkey approximately 3'1" tall.
