NPC: A brown spotted hawk
Long Desc: A hawk is here circling the air, waiting for it's master.

Majestic and mighty, this bird of prey flaps its wings as it constantly
flies around, searching for it's owner.  It's white facial plumage gives it
an almost skull-like appearance and the glint of light off it's dull-yellow
beak makes it look even more deadly.  Occasionally it lets out a wicked
screech that tears through the air, as it soars higher until it becomes a
dot in the sky.
It is a bird approximately 1'7" tall.
