NPC: Tallon
Long Desc: A large blacksmith stands here hammering away on an anvil.

Tallon has long been a resident of the castle.  Some even suggest that he
is older than the Overlord...  But whatever the rumors are, you can see that
he is indeed incredibly old.  Old battle wounds have left scars that
crisscross the chest and arms of this massive individual.  Now retired,
Tallon spends his time making things instead of destroying them.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
