Long Desc: A palace functionary wanders about here trying to look important.

Palace functionaries in this castle don't seem to do any work.  The name
functionary must mean something else here, perhaps involving the qualities
of extreme laziness and dedication to avoiding work.  They lay about on
divans of pure silk and wait for incautious workers to come by, so they can
order them around.
He is a human approximately 5'9" tall.
