NPC: Mava
Long Desc: A strange looking man glares at you with an inqusitive look on his face.

Mava has obviously been cooped up in his tower for way too long, he
appears to be almost as mad as the Baron.  Still, he seems to be a nice man.
His long, white, frizzly beard looks like it is trying to escape his face,
poofing out in all directions.  You almost burst out laughing when he asks
you to quit staring, with one eye squinted and the other wider than a full
moon.  He instead turns and shuffles through the room grumbling something
about stupid lame brained adventurers.
It is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
